Through the Young Professionals Programme, the CDA Institute is connected to a large pool of interested students and recent graduates looking to begin or advance their careers. The CDA Institute is also connected to a community of hundreds of senior government officials, ambassadors, business executives, tenured professors, journalists, and serving and retired members of the Canadian Armed Forces.

These activities can include regular/timely e-mail correspondence, meetings (over the phone/zoom, or over coffee), C.V. and job-seeking advice, career planning, introductions to professionals at networking events, invitations to conferences/meetings, and job shadowing.
