ON TRACK is the official journal of the CDA Institute, published on a quarterly basis. Through its pages, the CDA Institute promotes informed public debate on security and defence issues and the vital role played by the Canadian Armed forces in society. ON TRACK facilitates this educational mandate by featuring a range of articles that explore security, defence, and strategic issues that may have an impact on Canadian interests and on the safety of its citizens. While ON TRACK focuses on Canadian defence and security, research papers on international issues will be considered.
Editing an edition of ON TRACK enatils determining the topic and subtopics of the edition, as well as recruiting expert contribters to author 1500-2000 word articles within the volume. The peer review process will be coordinated by the CDA Institute.
