The Conference of Defence Associations Institute (CDA Institute) is hosting an exclusive Chatham House workshop on The Strategic and Operational Role of Autonomous Systems. This event will bring together experts from government, industry, and academia to examine how autonomous systems can be adopted by the CAF and integrated into Canadian operations.
Topics to be explored include: the operational use of autonomous systems by the CAF; the role of industry in accelerating their development and deployment; collaboration between industry, government, and the CAF; integration and sustainment of autonomous systems across both legacy and future platforms; and the broader strategic and operational insights emerging from conflict zones.
The discussions of the day will be synthesized into a written report that will be made available to the public. Following Chatham House Rule, the report will not attribute any comments to individuals.
